When changing shortcuts that point to certain file types, the icon of the shortcut will turn blank. When reverting the icon is fixed. An example of such a file type would be a .jar file.

By having an option to specify a URL instead of a command or file .url-files could be changed as well. .lnk-files could then just be start <URL>.

• Create prototype without interacting with the core logic (tracked by #7)
• Extract core logic into its own library (tracked by #6)
• Implement core logic in UI app using the extracted library (tracked by #5)

The core logic should be seperated from the CLI-related logic. This will pave the way for #5 (GUI). The logic should be contained in a seperate project in the solution.

Create a basic prototype of the UI application, not interacting with the core logic.
