• Add "PANGOLIN_PATH" variable to cmake
• Update ReadMe install section

Image output is off, using RGB output for uchar3 data.

• move libimage content to source level
• put examples in example folder
• Adapt Cmake

• Remove all above warning level output to stdout
• Remove all prints from kernels

• Define install files for libimage (lib folder)
• Add uninstall target
• Install lodepng

• Overload ostream operator for uchar, cast to int to print

In 1 out of 10 cases an image that is read from file is does not contain any information (only very high values). The frequency increases dramatically when debugging.

Happens only if result type is float.
Should be related to 16 bit loading.
