Employ OSX feature that lets avoiding the use SUID program to load KEXT

As kextload(8) man page states
"Kexts installed under /System/ with an OSBundleAllowUserLoad property set to true may be loaded via kextload by non-root users."
After this modification the code from the load_fuse4x executable can be executed within unprivileged context thus can be moved to the library. The Support/load_fuse4x utility can be left in place for backward compatibility just with SUID bit unset.
