User management for system administrators allows them to freely add new and modify the data of existing users.
For standard users functionalities are limited to editing their own account data.

The dashboard is the first page each user sees upon signing into their account.
Functionalities of the dashboard:

• View announcements made by system administrators and shift managers
• See upcoming shifts that the user is assigned to

Add client-side authentication to allow access to the protected sections of the web app

Add announcement management for admins and shift managers.
It should include:

• Creating new announcements
  • Set the importance of the announcement
  • Set the publish date
  • Add the announcement text
• Editing existing announcements (if editing an already published announcement the publish date should be updated automatically to make the announcement appear on top of the announcement stack)
