Add a hint about using W or ? key in game

Even though there are instructions on Reddit and GitHub README, it wouldn't hurt to let players know how can they trigger Where is That From to report topic info.

It keeps saying "Could not locate the file of that topic."

I have no idea why it keeps saying that but here are the submods that I have:
