This patch fixes the problem: more7@7eb70f7

PHP 5.6 - Could not connect to host

Get an error "There was an error: exception 'SoapFault' with message 'Could not connect to host' in ../gusClient/vendor/freshmindpl/wyszukiwarkaregon/src/Transport.php:42".
Resolved with update to 7.1.

Library uses wyszukiwarkaregontest.stat.gov.pl

The library upon normal non-sandbox use:

>>> $client->login();
WyszukiwarkaRegon\Exception\InvalidKeyException with message 'Invalid api key'
