[argparse-tui] UnboundLocalError: cannot access local variable 'is_flag' where it is not associated with a value

When using --tui with subcommands, I keep getting

UnboundLocalError: cannot access local variable 'is_flag' where it is not associated with a value

which seems to be a relatively trivial problem. is_flag is indeed not initialized.
