Sort by rate not working correctly

When choosing Sort by rate (shouldn't it be "By Rating"?) is resulting in the following order:

5.0
5.0
4.9
4.6
4.0
4.6
4.5
4.7
4.2
4.9

etc

Looks to be calculating indexes wrong.

Expand license to include GPL compatible licenses

The readme specifies that the framework must be GPL so that the plugin can use the code freely. However a plugin could use code licensed under a GPL compatible license such as MIT, just not vice-versa.

Sort by most recent (updated, tagged, commited)

Sort by last updated, tagged (version), committed. So you can filter out the more or least active ones.

the website has an error and doesn't load at all. Repo hasn't been updated in 3years.

Any plans to support tools that aren't plugins or themes?

I've got a few light-weight framework-ish type tools for developers that are more like libraries than frameworks, meant to be included in your own code:
