This was taken from FormAPI Github Repo and another author's repo and I have decided to create my own repo to implement forms, and this is for PM4 that I will be maintaining for the long run and would like to try improving it as it goes.

• Create an Issue

• Write your bug & the issue you are having with all informations including the error so I can track the issue

• Submit the issue and be patient for a response for a solution to your problem

If you are using a modified Pocketmine-MP build/version you will not get assisted. As usual.
