for Vivaldi browser. Disables hiding the sidebar with buttons on pressing a hotkey

File "switchpanelalwaysshow.css" for everyone. The file "switchpanelalwaysshow_for skin O12.css" should be used when skin O12 is installed

Installation

1. Close Vivaldi

2. Copy the file switchpanelalwaysshow.css to the folder "...\Vivaldi\Application*version number*\resources\vivaldi"

3. In the file "...\Vivaldi\Application*version number*\resources\vivaldi\browser.html", after the line <"link rel="stylesheet" href="style/common.css" />", add the line ""

4. Enjoy! :)
