Create Update Delete Estates

Create Update Delete Estates after logging in as an Estate Agent.

Create new contract

For both tenancy and purchase contracts:

• Screen to allow data entry
• Check that person ID exists OR handle error from DB if person doesn't exist
• As above for the house
• Save data back to DB

Create new person

• Front end screen
  • Allows user to enter all relevant data
• Data is saved into new instance of Person class
• On confirm of save, save() method is called to save data to DB.

Make the menus work

Make connection manager close DB connection

Login for estate management mode

• Prompt for user and password
• If valid, create EstateAgent object with relevant details
• EstateAgent object will then be used in subsequent queries so the estates which are created/updated/deleted are only those belonging to this EstateAgent
