Collaboration for localised fpm documentation?

First, thanks for including TOML Fortran in your project, this is much appreciated. Also, sorry for not providing this kind documentation in TOML Fortran in the first place ;).

I just started building a new documentation repository for the Fortran package manager (fpm) at https://github.com/awvwgk/fpm-docs, especially with focus on allowing localised versions and I see fpm in a few places here. We already started working on German and Spanish translations and except for a few quirks it seems to working quite well.

Would you be interested collaborating at the fpm docs to contribute a translation as well?
