Badge design tutorial

I think it would help a to engage contributions of new badges if there is a tutorial on how to make one. A simple, visual step by step instructions using a free application like InkScape.

Something similar to the tutorials here http://www.2dgameartguru.com/

Badge ideas

I'm not experienced enough to try and work on some SVGs, but I think that I would have some interesting badge ideas that could be fun to use.

My Badge ideas (I used shields.io to generate those badges)

Since my idea has mostly "May contain" would I suggest to put this under its own category.
I hope those pages are a nice idea.

copy dosnt work for me

neither on firefox nor on opera i am able to get anything to the clipboard. for me it just lukes like theese buttons dont produce a reaction on click at all

Any chance we could get versions that match the sizing of TravisCI?

Right now the badges are huge in comparison so it stands out. I think it would be great to be able to sneak one in there and not have people notice but to do that it would have to be the same sizing.

Bug: website main.js not loading

Hello, I wanted to copy and add some of the great badges you have available but noticed that the website was not loading correctly. When pressing the copy markdown button nothing would happen, nor where the buttons responding (view all, search, about, etc).

I did double check my browser console and noticed the following:
forthebadge.com/:6 GET https://forthebadge.com/main.js?v=1.3 net::ERR_ABORTED 404

Browser tested with: Chrome, Firefox on Windows 10

Add a Made with Rust badge

A Made with Rust badge would be nice.

Can we have a Made With | Flutter * badge? Like Made with Python, etc but with the Flutter logo (The logo is slightly complex, but I found a simple version with a single colour as shown below but with white instead of black)

"Made with Rust" Badge has incorrect dimensions

As the title says, the "Made with Rust" SVG is larger than the standard "Made with LANGUAGE_XYZ" SVG.

There are workarounds to solve this but a resize to the SVG will make all the badges uniform in size.

add favicon

lokes like you have got a nice logo which meats the requirements (square) for a favicon. Why not add that to make the tab in the browser a bit more then justtext. To copy the attached file to the root folder of the site (as http://forthebadge.com/favicon.ico ) would be enough to accomplice this.

[proposal] Ctrl-X | Ctrl-C badge for all the emacs nerds

C-x C-c is the command to quit emacs. 😁 Just like the badge but with different letters.

These badges don't fit in with other badges at all: it would be easier to integrate them if they followed the template established by http://shields.io.

add repository:deprecated or something similar

It would be nice to have a possibility to show that a repository is deprecated/discontinued/unmaintained or whatever you want to call it.
