Include OCI Distribution Spec conformance tests in CI
In order to ensure that container registry functionality works and is 100% conformant, we need to include the tests in our CI flow.
Implement IPFS driver
The registry server needs to be able to store and retrieve container image data using IPFS. Currently, other storage drivers in the distribution package are made available by implementing the interface StorageDriver.
