使用说明：
1.程序依赖hidapi modbus_crc等库，需要自行使用pip安装
2.如果不带参数运行本程序，模拟模拟10k的电阻，即25摄氏度环境下，10k 3950 NTC的值
3.使用参数示例：python ntc_emu.py --value 15000
