Set Calibre Window to Foreground Upon Completion

The calibre window should move to the foreground after the update is completed.

This behavior broke after the app was updated to prevent the download window from closing after the script executed.

No pull-requests allowed?

I tried to submit a pull-request with improvements I made (including calling the 64-bit version of calibre). Github says I don't have "permission to access calibre-installer".

Why so slow?

If I manually download Calibre from the download link on the site, it takes about a minute. If I download this from the Installer, it takes over ten minutes. I've tried it multiple times to make sure it wasn't a one-time glitch.

Download Fails Even When URL Correct

I'm having problems executing the script (up to date Mountain Lion) because the new version of calibre fails to download. Upon running the bash script independently, I get the output pasted below. The error is strange, because I can manually download the grepped URL with no issues - I can even seem to run the script's curl command in terminal with no issue.
