Instead of using Twitter directly for the verifyCredentials call, go through the Fluidinfo OAuth Echo proxy.

We need this because anon can't be an oauth consumer.

The home page needs a login with twitter button. When the login is done, call Twitter's verifyCredentials to get the user's details. And provide a logout link.

This is in preparation for making the verifyCredentials call via Fluidinfo's /oauthecho endpoint.
