Integrate cli tool into the project, so the cli will be extensible.

When you create new folder, owl should detect it and add to watch list

Start watcher and add all files of current folder to it. When an event occurs, run a specified binary.

Owl should run command immediately after start without waiting on change.

HTTP servers seems to be hanging even when the process kill returns. This results in port already in use error.

• enable verbose mode by specifying --verbose or -v flag
• verbose mode will trigger log every time a file changed

Only first log of an application is passed into the terminal, all other logs are ignored.

• kill running process when reloading

Job Debouncer is a function that debounces given channel of jobs by the given amount of time.

Job Scheduler for tasks will allow us to schedule concurent jobs (multiple saves at a same time).

This should be done with the cli flag

owl -r 'make protos' -i protos/*.proto -d 5000

makes protos when I changed proto files and even when I changed any other file in directory owl has been called

owl -r 'make protos' -i charts -i crud -i dev -i Dockerfile -i Makefile -i postman.json -i prod -i README.md -i services -i service_template -i wercker.yml

doesn't helped ... same problem

every click in and out on PyCharm window causes owl to run make command again

btw debounce doesn't work as expected either

Debounce is more straight-forward name for that property
