Create overview widgets for:

• add sunset/sunrise to environment data
• limit time range in Alarm Settings — in branch main
• Alarm clock settings — in branch main
• room
• weather forecast
• outside environment data

The heatalarm.js script is generally working, but it does not send notifications and it seems that the timers are rescheduled every time the script runs.

As the frost alarm is using the same scheme as the heat alarm, it is expected not to work due to the same issue as in #12 .

• Update frostalarm.js with the latest changes from heatalarm.js
• Test frostalarm.js

Make all script from /UI/scripts compatible with the JS Scripting Add-On, except the following:

• heatalarm.js
• frostalarm.js

Have a look at the external dependencies timerMgr and timeUtils at rkoshak/openhab-rules-tools and bring the scripts relying on them to GraalJS.

These scripts are:

• frostalarm.js
• heatalarm.js

When openHAB 3.2 was released, bring JavaScript code step-by-step to GraalJS.

This includes:

• The SceneEngine module: now included in florianh-openhab-tools.
• The GroupUtils module at rkoshak/openhab-rules-tools now included in florianh-openhab-tools.
• The ItemControlUtility module

Additionally, look for timerMgr and timeUtils from rkoshak/openhab-rules-tools as parts of my code depends on them.
