When I try to select for each of the following Enablers:

• Ops-Dashboard
• Ops-Deploy
• Ops-Health
• Ops-Toolkit

I get the following error:

builtins.FileNotFoundError

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/Users/fla/Documents/workspace/python/fiware-backlog/store/FIWARE.Engine.Query.helpdesk.enabler-Toolkit.pkl'

I have detected some problems related to change in Jira users that are not synchronized in the Contact Book:

There is no activity graph per FIWARE Lab node and per sprint in the Lab section

I have detected that the Field HD-Node is taking the value Hamburg and not Hannover, therefore, it produces an error when try to get information from this node.

We have to update the Calendar and AgileCalendar of the Backlog tool in order to alling it with the current calendar in the project.

We have to update the information related to coaching channel due to today all the previous acceletaror program are finished and there will be new one to be started.

When I go to the Account Desk (/accountsdesk/accounts/requests) and I try to select any of the Channels (e.g. CEED Tech), it produces an error.

The component "TSC Enablers Dashboard" is shown in the Backlog portal as "Unassigned".

Both general Help-Desk [http://backlog.fiware.org/helpdesk/], Main Lab [http://backlog.fiware.org/helpdesk/lab] and Main tech [http://backlog.fiware.org/helpdesk/tech] are only showing data in the Desk Evolution graph until month M31

it should be nice if we could show information of tickets resolved together with resolution of technical functionalities in the Enablers view.

If we want to execute the script with its corresponding python environment variable, we should change the header to something like it:

#!/usr/bin/env /var/www/fiware-backlog/env/bin/python

where /var/www/fiware-backlog is the directory in which we have cloned the repository and env is the previously created virtualenv.

We should also change it in documentation and deployment process.

We have to configure the bumpversion in order to progress with the different releases of the component. Besides, we have to create the first official release of the component.

The Login page is not following the correct indications for the LOPD compliance.

This section have graphics lack, specially it is missing:

• Backlog Summary.
• Backlog Composition.
• Backlog Time Perspective
• Sprint Backlog Evolution
• Backlog Status
• Enabler Backlog Evolution

The Ansible file does not execute the corresponding sphinx compiler or makefile to generate the corresponding HTML content, it should be made manually after the process.

When I try to get information from each chapter name (/chaptersbacklog/< chapter key >) and try to select the Helpdesk option, the page that is shown has the following links wrong:

• Helpdesk link is '/chaptershelpdesk/' when it sould be '/chaptershelpdesk/< chapter key >' (e.g. /chaptershelpdesk/Apps)
• Backlog link is '/chaptersbacklog/' when it should be '/chaptersbacklog/< chapter key >'
• Raw link is '/chaptersraw/' when it should be '/chaptersraw/< chapter key >'
• Review link is '/chaptersreview/' when it should be '/chaptersreview/< chapter key >'

When I try to get data from /lab/helpdesk/Brittany I get an error due to we do not have any information from this node. The possible problem should be related to the fact that Brittany node is not active in the cloud portal so there is no ticket in Help-Desk to resolve issues on it.

The option Lab and HelpDesk are taking the data from the remote WebSite and not from the /store directory, so it is not possible to run locally after closing the sprint the last day of the month due to we lost the data the next day (beginning of the next month).

When I go to the Lab and select the HelpDesk (/lab/helpdesk) and I try to select the regions:

• Brittany
• Hannover

The tool produces an error and does not show any content.

It should be interesting to see the resolution of support tickets per each enabler.
