  Jquery Smart Fetch Plugin serves the following purposes:

    Called with a URL
    Check to see if the URL has been fetched within the last five minutes
    If it hasn't, initiate an AJAX call and store the results locally
    If it has, fetch it from memory
    On success execute a success callback with the data
    On error execute an error callback
