It should be possible to add default params to the routes

Load a table with a valid data source.
Disable the data source so it returns an HTTP error code.
Try to filter, paginate, etc.
Table acts as if valid even though it shows old data on any action.

The styling of date filter fields doesn't match other filter fields

toolbar should be generalized. should be possible to not have toolbar, search bar, headers, navigation or to individually have them

Data copied from datagrid rows to excel doesn’t format correctly

None of the buttons should be active when there is no data in the grid.

Elements should be rendered in the order it appears in the config. The config should be pre-adjusted to have the items in the order they need to appear in. Table should not take the responsibility of ordering the elements (toolbar/pagination items, columns etc.)

Print button prints each part of the table on a separate page in safari and displays a blank table when print dialog is closed.
