Build system errors

Issue:
The current build system (cmake) has a lot of issues and complications on windows.

Solution:
Create specific projects for cmake incompatible or annoying platforms (eg. separate .vcxproj for windows and .xcodeproj for mac)

No cross-platform support

Issue:
As of now only OS X is supported because of the way OpenCL's context sharing is set up.

Solution
Switching to a more cross-platform friendly solution or doing setup per platform via OS macros (_WIN32, __APPLE__, etc.) would be optimal.
