read_csv in app causing RStudio to crash

Not sure why (maybe confusion between RStudio projects??), but when read_csv() runs in the app file, RStudio crashes. Encountered the same issue when creating CRCT (Coto Brus app).

Works when I change to read.csv(). But presumably there is some underlying problem.

missing 2020 data

No CBC data for 2020, but also no "placeholder" rows in data sets with 0 for year and NAs for other values. So ggplot2 doesn't treat 2020 as a missing value and geom_line just draws a straight line between 2019 and 2021. Would be preferable to display a gap.

CRMV has a related issue because one year the count happened but no effort data was compiled, so the count/hr graph shows nothing for that year.
