Hi @msluyter thanks for opening this issue! We are aware that the latest zendesk_source is compatible with dbt 20 while the latest zendesk package is not. You are also correct that the PR you highlighted does resolve this issue.
We had to coordinate a few updates with dbt-labs before we are able to fully cut the dbt 20 release on the zendesk package, but that should be done by the end of the day.
Additionally, you actually do not need to include the source packages in your packages.yml
if you are using the transform package since we include the compatibile source version in our transform package. If you wanted, you could actually remove the hubspot_source and zendesk_source package dependencies from your pacakges.yml
once we update our zendesk package to be compatibile with dbt 20.

@msluyter I was able to merge the PR and cut the v0.6.0
release for the dbt_zendesk package. This release is currently live on the dbt hub.
