Ability to live edit any code in the presentation

for now we have:
mix prexent FILE

We can add --port
to change the Application env port of the Phoenix

The idea is to be able to define a header and a footer for all the slides.

Make a mix installer to run mix prexent.new <project>

use https://github.com/falood/file_system to observe the markdown files and live reload the prexent

Remove Run and Edit buttons from the code.
Live code is not possible in the static presentation.

Customize slide size, background, etc.
It could be something like:
<slide class="theme-something background-dark margin-big"></slide>
Where the theme is a basic/default set of rules that can be customized/extended with more specific classes.

Copy the static custom files to the exported dir on mix prexent.export.

Example:
!custom_css my.css

my.css has to be copied to exported/my.css.

This is very important, LiveView uses websockets to change slides, we need to generate a simple js client in order to change the slides.
And using # to direct access to different slides.

It would be nice a way to export a static page with no need of a server in order to be published quicky in GitHub pages for any talk's repo.
