cache-control should be possible to specify as a command line option.

Migrate to travis-ci.com (or github actions)

There's a big header up on travis-ci.org now:

Hi! It seems there are still plenty of builds running. We're pushing back the shutdown date to June 15th. Please consider migrating to travis-ci.com.

Exit with an error code if some assets failed to be uploaded

Use process.exit(1) if any of the assets failed during upload so anyone using cdn-uploader know that it fails. For example, if one wants a build to fail when running cdn-uploader could not upload all assets.

Missing `package-lock.json`

What is the reason for the missing package-lock.json file? Having fixed versions on the dependencies in the package.json file is not enough to ensure 2 builds have the same dependencies. I.e. transitive dependencies will still have the opportunity to be installed with differing versions.

Add big note about the need for unique file names

If it's a hash, a version number or git sha doesn't matter, but file names has to be unique for unique files, otherwise the caching will mess you up.

I don't think this can be enforced by the CLI, so it should just be a huge warning.
