To install, pray the mantra

perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install

Undeclared dependency YAML.pm

t/_compile.t fails if YAML.pm is not installed:

Uses File::Slurp, known to be buggy and vulnerable

e.g. look at https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=83126 and be dismayed
