Make the module IPF conform

example: change "$xoopsOption" to "$icmsOption"

If edit a download and set the option "Set Updated? " to YES, you can see in 
the front end page (singledownload) a blank page only after the changes.

The "Published Date" will not change also, although I set the download to 
"updated".

The download module use some icons in the module administration. ImpressCMS has 
an "imageset" for this. Please use the icons from the imageset.

The Download module use the old way of pagination.

If I like to add a new review, than I can see the jQuery window for it. (This 
feature is very nice.) In this window you can find out 2 buttons, but the 
"cancel" button has no function. 

If you want to edit an entry from the log, you get a blank page without any 
errors.

Maybe for the first step you should show this list only, without edit, because 
this list is useful.

At the moment I could not find a field for the filesize in the backend and no 
info for it in the frontend.

In the detailpage of a download I missing a download counter.

Please set the admin as default user.

The "about" page in the module ACP works not.

If I open a category, I can find out the following errors.

I entered a download file and filled all fields, like "Description" 
"Keyfeatures" "Requirements"...

After them I picked up a word from the "Requirements" and put this in the 
global search from ImpressCMS. The search result present me the right download 
file.

But if I click the like to the file, I get the core message "You dont have 
access..."


Solution:
The URL is not true

change from
modules/downloads/download.php?download_id=1

to
modules/downloads/singledownload.php?download_id=1

As default, you have some Smartys in the Upload Disclaimer, but this Smartys 
works not for the moment.

For example: <h1>Terms of Service for {X_SITENAME}:</h1>

If I stay in the module ACP and click the link "Go to module", than the like 
will open the site, but I stay in the module ACP.

uid: use $this->getVar("uid") instead. This will be removed in the next icms

I think the "icms_member_user_Object" is "uid".

To find a download faster, you should add the core quick search into the module 
acp and the front end.

This would be very useful for admin and users.

I added a new album, after them I edited again to change the album image. After 
I saved my changes, I get no errors, but the new image was not taken.

This issue is only, if you want to select a new image from the list. If you 
upload a new one, works well.

I created 5 users and tested the like and dislike function. Within this test, I 
found get the problem, that only one vote is possible for the moment.

If I vote a file, another user can not vote again, the counter will not show 
any other likes or dislikes.

The logging feature doesn't work in all cases. I fixrd now the item link for 
files, but I can't figure out now, in which cases the logger does work and in 
which cases not. @Rene: in which cases your logger doesn't log or doesn't 
properly log?

I added the block "Category Menu" with default settings in for the front end. 
The block works, but I can see an empty entry. (see picture)

I'm sure, that I have added one category only.

I'm testing the waiting block for the download module. If I have a "Waiting 
files for approval" or "Waiting mirrors for approval", I can see the link into 
the waiting block. But the link is false. 

I have a "waiting file", but the link going to the module category :-)

I prefer to add a new field within the general informations tab with name 
"language". This is a very usefully info.

- replace the icons from the front end to GPL icons
- make nicer templates for the frond end

If I want to change a category in the frond end (as admin) or in the backend, I 
can change the category image, but the module will not save my changes.

I'm looking for a waiting content plugin within the core ACP for:

- Waitings files (Files to approve)
- Waitings cat (Categories to approve)
- Mirrors (Mirrors to approve)
- Brokens

and maybe "Mirrors to approve"

If I like to vote as guest for a download, I get the message, that I have to 
login or register. But if I click the button "register", I can't find the 
register page.

This way is only if I want to click the "dislike" icon. With the "like" button 
works.

The color of the category tooltip is at the moment a yellow. I think, an 
unobtrusive color looks better than now. (just white?)

I added 2 download files and in the counter from the files I can see the 
numbers. But the block "Most popular" will not show any results.

The word "guestbook" is old school and out of date. Maybe nobody will use this 
module :-)

But you have the chance to change it. I suggest the module name like "visitor 
voice" or "visitor area" or "visitor" ...

I like to add another link in the category overview. Please add a new smarty 
with a link to the singledownload and add a language variable for this "info & 
download". (Same like the download title.) Thank you.

If you are in the front end of the module, you can see in the overview of a 
category the download files. In this overview, you can see the icons for "edit" 
and "delete" too. But you can not find this icons in the singledownload.

Would you add this too please? Thank you.

I like to add the IPF quicksearch in the new templates. please add the 
function. If you like, you can add this function for the module ACP too.

I would like create a list of language variables who are missed in the language 
files.

I missing a field for a download URL if I like to add a new download.

I have added a category and file successfully. If I go to the detail page in 
the front end an click the download button, the file will not loading. I get no 
file.

In the upload folder, the file is available. (It was a ZIP file)

After the first installation of the module, I get the following error:

I added a review for a download. In the module ACP, I can find the review. But 
if I like to edit it, I get a blank page without a relevant error.

For example:
modules/downloads/admin/review.php?op=mod&review_id=1

I can see a "Mailto" link in the footer from a detail page. The link is not 
complete at the moment, because the subject and body is not filled.

problem:
At the moment the module will load a "module.css" and a "module_download.css". 
But the module.css is not available.


solution:
open the footer.php and delete the line 21. You don't need this line, the css 
is loaded by the template "download_header.html"

In the module index page is an overview. I can find here a double entry.

A detailpage from a download, category and sub categorys works well. But the 
main page (startpage) from the module works not in the front end. I get only a 
redirect to the previous page without any errors.

The log is sort by "item name" for the moment. I feel, it's not useful. Maybe 
it's better to sort by date descending (newest first).

I like to see a new column in the module ACP under "manage images". I think 
it's very useful to have the column "album". You can see and sort by the 
pictures by album.

I think it's better to have a multiple choice for the plattform. Please change 
this, thank you very much.

A user can add a review for a file. This review is added, I can see it in the 
module ACP. But the review ist not visible in the front end.

If I go to the module ACP, I can see the module menu (buttonbar). But if I open 
the manual, the module menu is not available.

Steps to reproduce the error

- go to the module ACP
- "Manage Categories"
- click the icon to switch for online and offline
- you get a 404 error page now
