Implement completeness analysis code for historical catalogs based on Albarello et al (BSSA, 2001)

Implement batch processing of AtticIvy for the AS and BG sources

Frequency magnitude distribution plot showing:

FMD from catalog data
Activity rates derived from geological data for min and max slip rate

Validate computation of activity parameters using AtticIvy version 1.2
Check for compiler bugs and possibly fix

Implement export to NRML that can be used as input file for OpenQuake

Include for activity rate calculation

Issue: For some historical events experts are convinced that they are located in the wrong area source zone, thus for the computation of activity rates these should be assigned to another area source zone. Information on these events are given in the catalog file.

Solution should be to have a switch checking whehter reattribution is needed before computing activity rates.
