Like we can choose the spin version, the plugins versions should also be configurable.

It would be useful for the spin/push action to surface the digest of the pushed image as an action output.

For example, downstream step(s) might utilize for pinning a deployment to this immutable image reference, eg fermyon/developer@sha256:7943818dbd3fe9fa7352b4b09f263d6f212ab3c7475f636f89c3851bdf0b34ca.

Add a post-run step that removes login credentials (from spin registry login) automatically when using the spin/push action.
(Inspired by the docker login action.)

The spin CLI doesn't yet have a spin registry logout command, though this might inspire the addition :) In the meantime, I think we'd want to remove the directory (or file) containing the credentials (eg /home/runner/fermyon or /home/runner/fermyon/registry-auth.json, respectively.)
