如果只是在首页修改头像那么这个头像就会进入到docs数据表中，但是头像的判断是依据staff数据表中avatar是否存在而进行显示的。但是数据中没有改变avatar的方法导致头像一直不可用。

这一行数据是什么意思呢，就是我看到每个数据表当中都有create_time和update_time这两个字段
