Pragmas cannot be placed after the object in v2.

• /cc @kaushalmodi to avoid confusion with the fork https://github.com/kaushalmodi/bignum that's already published on nimble, either this package or https://github.com/kaushalmodi/bignum should rename their nimble file; but since nimble bignum already points to https://github.com/kaushalmodi/bignum, IMO the sane option is to rename this nimble to bignum0

I've tried to install this with

nimble install bignum

and I get the following error:

The .nimble file name must match name specified inside /tmp/nimble_8014/githubcom_FedeOmotonimgmp/gmp.nimble

This is with the latest version of nim and nimble as of today. I am new to Nim so may be doing something wrong.
