What are the system requirements for installation?

I installed LabVIEW 2016 yesterday, to be able to install and open FTW. But when I open FTW.lvproj, there are errors. In particular, it tries to find ftw64.dll, but there is none. If I ignore that file, several VIs are broken.
Then I tried running FTW-Setup.vi with (*)Release, [x]Mass Compile and [x]Run Test Suite. Many VIs were updated, but still no ftw64.dll, and still many VIs broken.

so, what are the system requirements for installation? I didn't see anything on http://featherweight.io/ but it seems VIs are built with LabVIEW 2015. That's why I couldn't open the files with LV 2013.

Anything else I should do differently? I run LV version 16.0 (64-bit), Full Development System.

Stub Library API pages

Create _docs markdown stubs that specify API namespaces. Within each namespace, all functions will be documented as a single, long scrolling page. Permalinks (and page anchors) to each API method are given for linking.
