Context Envelope Structure on root page should be clearly defined

It should define non-ambiguously what each field means and whether it is mandatory or not.

Recommendation: Use JSON schema.

It does not use standard quotation marks.

Remove the dollar prefix

The current API has a dollar prefix in front of the type property. This isn’t a common convention in JavaScript, and is a little confusing!

(it also makes people think of jquery, which is not a good association to make!)

Type examples should be moved to an "examples" subfolder

TypeScript examples for instrument, contact etc. should be moved to a src/examples subfolder, leaving only Context.ts in the src folder.

This is to make clear that the specific type examples haven't been officially ratified yet, but just demonstrate how the Context interface can be applied to real types.
