CSV Input has data coming in as string instead of int or float. ItemParser10 is used for any FARS 2010 or later to fix the datatype mismatch. The function needs to be expanded to include correction of all files within the FARS dataset. Check code usage in parser.py and in "NMIMPAIR" case within itemParser10.

• Need to clarify usage scope of Google Maps in this project.
• Someone needs to start implementing a Python or Javascript implementation of Google Maps with incorporated FARS dataset

I did do this under heatmap for Google Maps, but we have migrated to cartopy for better display of the notebooks without having to re-run the custom jupyter widgets.

This means that we need to redo that heatmap but on cartopy
