wmc output using deprecated output mode

This App is using a deprecated output mode for wmc output.

We should not be using this anymore, as it is deprecated. Please make the following update.

  1. Instead of using the ID "5". Update it to something like "wmc".
  2. Update the App so that wmc output will be stored under "wmc" subdirectory.
  3. Uncheck the "(DEPRECATED) ignore output directory" check box.

Allowing user to segment *all* known tracts

I just tested this App and it finished successfully!

One issue that I ran into was that I didn't know how to set the tract IDs. The App's tractID_list looked like I shoud specify this via range like "32-33" as shown here

which resulted in an error. I had to update to something like 32, 33, 38, 39 instead. I think the description should be updated.

Also, would it be possible/better to classify all known tracts if the user doesn't specify any tract IDs?

tcks output contains empty tck files

I just ran this App on all supported IDs

21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,32,33,35,36,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45

The output looks great, and all tracts has non-0 number of fibers in them.

However, when I looked at the tcks output, I've noticed that only a few of them actually have fibers in them, and most of them are empty (size is 75bytes)
