update-notifier-common alternative on Debian 9 and 10?

Hi,

Thanks for your zabbix check script.
On Debian 9 and 10 but the package update-notifier-common doesn't seem to be included or available for this versions:

Package update-notifier-common is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
  apt-config-auto-update

E: Package 'update-notifier-common' has no installation candidate

That new package that is shown as replacement do not have this file needed by your script:
/usr/lib/update-notifier/apt-check

However, copying that python script from a host with update-notifier-common installed seems to solve it.
