Start issue

Hi,

When I start node app, I get :

I didn't find anything useful on that and didn't find any typo issues.

I am running on Ubuntu 15.10 with node 0.12.6 and npm 3.8.1.

I hope there is a solution to this because I was really looking forward to it.
