If behind a firewall, consider trying different a different upload protocol. See fastlane-old/deliver#235 for examples

@KrauseFx idea: maybe the deliver command should parse output, detect the error and propose this very resolution.

Also, we soon have all transporter related code in fastlane_core, so it should be easy to add.
