webDAV failure about pilot

I am also seeing this. We are behind a firewall so using Signiant is not an option.

I removed the line

ENV["DELIVER_ITMSTRANSPORTER_ADDITIONAL_UPLOAD_PARAMETERS"] = "-t DAV"
pilot...

and then tried again connected to a network not behind my firewall and it worked fine so it's not an issue with Pilot but WebDAV.

The result, though, is that we have zombie uploads that are indefinitely processing.

So I assume this is an apple problem and not a fastlane issue?

I'm going to test by building an .ipa with Fastlane and upload it using Application Loader on WebDAV.

Yep. It looks like an Apple issue:

I'm sure if I file a Radar, they'll get right on it.

I've tried multiple solutions to the issues including:

Adding iPad Pro Icon
Hacking Application Loader

Even Xcode won't upload.
