Repo setup

Move existing relevant scripts and code for running simulations into this new repo.

ELM model output evaluation tools/scripts

Create v1 of full FASSt-simulation workflow

We need to create a first example of a full workflow from, the generation of model inputs, parameter sets, model output evaluation, parameter optimization, and OED, .... etc

This first version could be a set of different steps documented on how to run together. Longer term we should create a version that can be run all at once and submitted to an HPC

Jupyter: Create basic example illustrating the running of ELM+OLMT in Docker via interactive Jupyter environment

Create FASSt simulation branch of OLMT for running natively on modex

Create function to generate ELM forcing data from ERA5

I think it would be good for us to build ERA5 forcing data to run ELM into more contemporary years beyond whats availible with the current default drivers

Create cpl_bypass versions of GSWP3 driver data for any site

We need to develop the script(s) to create cpl_bypass versions of ELM drivers to be used with OLMT ELM ensembles

This task should be completed before working on the ERA5 driver development. The workflow should be similar between GSWP3 and ERA5, aside from differences in sourcing the data.
