Pause menu is not working
Pause menu is displaying (on "space" key), but all elements are not pausing, causing the game to continue and most of the time leading to game over. background and ground are pausing, but not obstacles (and character reaction is not clear...).
game.js needs refactoring work
General variables and functions need to be put at the top of the file, and refactored in a more friendly way, to be customized easily (objects like worldParams could be a nice thing to add).
