how to run

1. download & set up python3.12.exe, channels==3.0.4 and django==4.0.0, version should be matched for asgi/channles work

2. py -m venv myworld

3. (myworld) pip install django

4. (myworld) pip install selenium

5. (myworld) pip install pandas

6. (myworld) py manage.py migrate

7. (myworld) py manage.py runserver

8. daphne ubet.asgi:application -p 8001

create react app

1. download node.js and setup.exe
2. npm install create-react-app
3. npx create-react-app bet-front
