Project Motivation

Techcrunch is an American online news platform reporting on the latest tech and start-ups news. This project aims demonstrate how we can develop a simple web app using Bootstrap and hosting it online via Heroku. The dashboard consists a simple analysis of Techcrunch's most popular news category, post statistics throughout the years and the most active authors on the platform. All the charts are created using the JS Plotly library.

Installation

The code should using Python version 3.0 and above. The additional libraries required to execute the code can be installed by running pip install -r requirements.txt
