When a player leaves a started game

• trigger next turn
• remove the player from the list (so it will never be its turn again)

To reproduce:

• go online
• create a room
• copy the url
• remove text from /room to the end from the url
• paste the copied url
  (after 2 attempts)
  
• leave the room
• you can join it again

It seems that SockJS never warns me about a disconnected player.
So right now:

• when the game ends
• when a player disconnect

All the listeners (in attachGame.ts) are still alive.

To reproduce:

• go online
• create
• join a room
• start a game
• go back to the room screen (browser's back button)
  • browser's next button goes to the right screen but nothing is displayed
  • "start game" button does nothing

To reproduce:

• create a room
• leave the room
• pseudo is not displayed
  

Server side, debounce sync on a frame time (target 60FPS)
