BUILD:

swift build -c release --build-path Distrib -Xswiftc -target -Xswiftc x86_64-apple-macosx10.13

RUN:

-f FILENAME : specifies filename. Filename must follow -f flag
-v : specifies verbose mode
-t : specifies test EXZLER
