This semester I learned more than I have in the past two years, I think doing this pattern library is a great way to make people apply the individual skills as a whole. I would not say in retrospect that my website is "nice", however its functional, and meets most of the criteria, and its probably the best thing I've ever created in web dev (I worked pretty hard).
My pattern library is simple, but straight forward. Scott was able to put together my product info page with no problem. It has everything a ecommerce site would need for the required pages, but in less detail. I think my form page is the worst one, I struggles a lot with the placeholder text and trying to bring the "billing" and "shipping" sections up sitting beside each other. Most things (that are applicable) link, but not completely.
Style & design - 2
All the colours and imagery are cohesive and match. Its simple design but it works.
Patterns - 2
All the patterns for the required pages are there, but theres no way you could make a full site from my patterns currently.
Explanations - 2
All my explanations are there, they are not as concise and clear as they could be.
Accessibility - 1
I have some accessibility, but not enough to meet the standards.
Semantics - 2
I think I used a lot of different tags and html, I tried a lot of new things (such as my drop down menu in the nav) that I think furthered my knowledge greatly and improved the site design.
Responsiveness - 2
The responsiveness works on all screen sizes and the grid is set up properly. However some things look a little off, like the footer social media icons on the small screens.
Code quality - 2
The semantics, and indentation are perfect (according to Markbot) but my accessibility is incomplete.
Git & commits - 1
Some of my messages are correct, some are incorrect, mostly due to being frazzled and not thinking while commiting.
