I generated a tree, and the visualization is fine.

however, when I try to export it, it says it cannot communicate with server. 

Can you look into this?

I realize the tool offers phyloxml export, which is really cool! I could not 
find however a stand alone tool for Newick to phyloxml. Any insights on the 
subject?

I used the following annotation:

!plotwidth        2000
a       black
b       green
c       red
......

whatever numbers I set for !plotwidth, the width of chart just do not change at 
all.
Since I got a really big tree, and when I use default settings, the width of 
the chart looked really narrow. Is there any alternative solutions to set color 
and width of chart annotation at the same time? Thanks!
