Tools look promising but

There's no read me about dependencies (and there are somes ! libpng, 
libbzip...) and projects don't compile under VS2010 and lots of files are 
missing (minilzo, game spy/* ...)

so for now it looks quite useless to me

I downloaded version 1.47 from your website (http://xhp.xwis.net/) and I cannot 
seem to insert any new files using the XCC Mixer.exe

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open XCC Mixer.exe
2. Open C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & 
Conquer(tm) Tiberian Sun(tm)\SUN\gmenu.mix
3. Drag and drop my modified newmenu.ini
4. Status label at the bottom of the window displays "Insert failed"

I'm only running XCC Mixer.exe at this point (I don't have multiple XCC 
programs accessing the same file). I've also tried deleting 'global mix 
cache.dat' and following the steps again with no success.

I found version 1.21 of the program while searching for a solution and 
following the above steps worked on that version.
